White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Main Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture, mix well. Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
