  • 3 pcs Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 3 pcs Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add the eggs, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the muffins cool before serving.
