  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary

  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine red wine, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, dried rosemary, dried thyme, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk together until well combined.
  3. Use immediately to marinate your choice of meat, or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
