Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 gallon Grape juice No preservatives
  • 2 pounds Sugar Granulated
  • 1 packet Wine yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Sterilize all equipment.
  2. 2. Pour grape juice into the fermentation vessel.
  3. 3. Dissolve sugar in a small amount of warm water and add to the juice.
  4. 4. Add wine yeast and stir well.
  5. 5. Fit the airlock to the vessel and let it ferment for 4-6 weeks.
  6. 6. Siphon the wine into bottles and cork them.
