Winter Vegetable Hash
A hearty and warm vegetable hash perfect for cold winter days.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Diced Potatoes
- 1 cup Diced Carrots
- 1 cup Diced Parsnips
- 1 cup Diced Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and sweet potatoes to the skillet.
Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
