Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
4. Gently add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they float to the top.
5. Add baby spinach and cook for another minute.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
