Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Milk whole or 2%
  • 2 tablespoon Plain yogurt with live cultures

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 110°F (43°C).
  2. Heat the milk to 180°F (82°C) and then let it cool to 110°F (43°C).
  3. Whisk in the plain yogurt until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish and cover it.
  5. Place the dish in the oven and let it incubate for 8 hours.
  6. After 8 hours, remove the yogurt from the oven and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before serving.
