Instructions
Preheat your oven to 110°F (43°C).
Heat the milk to 180°F (82°C) and then let it cool to 110°F (43°C).
Whisk in the plain yogurt until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish and cover it.
Place the dish in the oven and let it incubate for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, remove the yogurt from the oven and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before serving.
