Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Fold in chopped apples.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
