Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Fold in chopped apples.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
