  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 1 medium apple peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  2. 2. Add oats, chopped apple, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
