Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Yogurt for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice for sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced, for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini for sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables sliced (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions)

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken strips, olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. 2. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and tahini to make the sauce.
  5. 5. Warm the pita bread on the grill or in a pan.
  6. 6. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading the sauce on the pita bread, adding the grilled chicken, and topping with mixed vegetables.
