- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 2 Avocados ripe, peeled, and pitted
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Red pepper flakes optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the avocado mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired and serve immediately.
