Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs hard-boiled
  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool them in ice water.
  2. 2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add the avocado, lime juice, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard to the yolks. Mash until smooth.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
