Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.

5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
6. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Poke a hole in the center of each ball to form a bagel shape.
7. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
