  • 1 cup Brown rice
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the brown rice under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and a pinch of salt.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes until the rice is tender.
  4. Stir in the milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, topped with your favorite fruits or nuts.
