Ingredients 

Chicken and Marinade

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Avocado Salsa

  • 2 Avocados diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently.
  4. 4. Serve chicken breasts topped with avocado salsa.
