Chicken Piccata Recipe
A classic Italian dish with a lemony sauce, capers, and tender chicken breasts.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Capers drained
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
Season with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add lemon juice, chicken broth, and capers. Bring to boil.
Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Add butter and stir until melted.
Serve chicken with sauce poured over top.
