Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Add the corn kernels and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Cook until heated through.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
