Cornish game hens

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the hens and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, and chopped rosemary.
Rub the garlic mixture all over the hens, including under the skin.
Season the hens generously with salt and pepper.
Place the hens in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the hens rest for 10 minutes before serving.
