Cream Cheese Garlic and Chive Stuffed Chicken

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Chives chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic, and chives. Mix well.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
