Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Cod about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup Pecorino Romano cheese grated
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Pecorino Romano cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each cod fillet, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
