Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 lb Pork shoulder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the pork shoulder with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sear the pork shoulder on all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Add chicken broth to the Dutch oven and cover with a lid.
  6. Transfer the Dutch oven to the preheated oven and cook for 4 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  7. Remove the pork from the oven and shred with two forks.
