Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 7 g Active dry yeast
  • 325 ml Warm water
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  7. 7. Punch down the dough and transfer it to a baking sheet. Spread it out to your desired thickness.
  8. 8. Dimple the surface of the dough with your fingers and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
  9. 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. 10. Let it cool slightly before serving.
