  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet. Mix well to combine.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
