Main Ingredients
- 2 fillets Salmon skinless
- 2 buns Whole wheat buns
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 medium Tomato sliced
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Grill the salmon fillets for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Toast the whole wheat buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
5. Assemble the sandwich by spreading mayonnaise on the buns, then adding the grilled salmon, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomato.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
