  • 2 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 2 buns Whole wheat buns
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the salmon fillets for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Toast the whole wheat buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by spreading mayonnaise on the buns, then adding the grilled salmon, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomato.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
