Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork loin
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the pork loin.
  4. Place the pork loin in a baking dish and roast in the oven for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
