- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
