Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix honey and Sriracha in a small bowl.
  5. Drizzle over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.
