Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour into the pan. Stir continuously until the eggs are cooked.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
