Ingredients 

Dough

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Toppings

  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Ham diced
  • 1 cup Salami sliced
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  3. 3. Add the flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to fit your baking sheet.
  7. 7. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then add the mozzarella, ham, salami, and ricotta cheese.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the oregano on top.
  9. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. 10. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
