- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
