Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve the salmon hot, garnished with additional lemon slices and fresh herbs if desired.
