Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 jar Marinara sauce
  • 12 pieces Manicotti shells
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Stuff manicotti shells with the meat mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
