Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ unit cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ unit red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving.
