- 4 Eggs
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the milk, and whisk until well combined.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Stir gently with a spatula until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your liking.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
