Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Pork Shoulder boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Fennel Seeds crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Basil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, fennel seeds, oregano, basil, and minced garlic.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
