- 1 loaf Challah or Brioche Bread cut into cubes
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, beaten eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Add the bread cubes to the mixture and gently stir to coat all the bread pieces.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
