- 1 lb Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spread cooked sausage evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
