  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
