  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
