Main Ingredients
- 14 oz canned salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve hot.
