Salmon Patties
- 14 oz canned salmon drained and flaked
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Dill Sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, combine all salmon patty ingredients. Form into 8 patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix all dill sauce ingredients until well combined.
Serve patties hot with dill sauce on the side.
