Ingredients 

Salmon Patties

  • 14 oz canned salmon drained and flaked
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Dill Sauce

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all salmon patty ingredients. Form into 8 patties.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, mix all dill sauce ingredients until well combined.
  4. Serve patties hot with dill sauce on the side.
