  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook, stirring gently, until they are just set.
  4. 4. Toast the bread slices and spread the remaining butter on one side of each slice.
  5. 5. Place the scrambled eggs between the two slices of bread, buttered side in, to make a sandwich.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
