Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz Linguine pasta
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup White wine optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
