Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Eggs

Topping

  • 1 cup Strawberry preserves
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Cool cheesecake. Spread strawberry preserves over the top and arrange fresh strawberries on top.
