- ½ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Water adjust as needed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
Add water a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Stir in minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
