  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add chopped vegetables and sauté until tender.
  4. Pour egg mixture over vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
